摘    要:对建筑结构钢焊接接头不同区域的小型板状试样,在77-273K进行了系列温度小型穿孔试验,测定了断裂吸收功-温度曲线及韧脆转变温度,并与常规冲击试验中的韧脆墨迹温度进行了比较。

Abstract:A small punch (SP) test using miniaturized specimens has been conducted for a structural steel weldment at 77 - 273 K to evaluate the fracture characteristics of the localized specimens of the weldment. SP energy, the area under the load-displacement curve up to fracture, showed a clear ductile-brittle tranition with decreasing test temperature, The ductile-btittle transition temperature in SP test was compared with that in the Charpy impact test for V-notched specimen. In is showed that SP test is a useful method for evaluating the fracture characteristics of weldment which has various microstructures and mechanical properties with locations.
