广州市中心区轨道交通2011-2015年施工期间交通疏解对策研究

广州市计划2011-2015年在中心区新建八号线北延段、十一号线、十三号线等线路,如何做好轨道交通施工期间的交通疏解工作,尽量减少对道路通行能力的影响,确保轨道交通建设的顺利进行,是一个重要课题.本文以现状交通为基础,通过模型测试,分析轨道交通施工对城市交通的影响,根据影响程度,相应提出路网容量改善、区域交通分流、交通需求管理、施工工法优化等具体的交通疏解对策,并对交通疏解效果进行评价.

Study on Traffic Organization Methods during the Construction Period (2011-2015) of Urban Rail Transit System in Guangzhou Center Area

On the basis of current traffic conditions, after analyzing the impact of urban rail transit construction on urban traffic by model testing, a series of traffic organization methods are put forward which include improving the capacity of the road network, diverting tragic flow, managing the traffic demand and optimizing the construction method of urban rail transit system, and the effect of traffic organization methods is evaluated.
