单片机控制系统可靠性硬件设计方法探讨

摘    要:可靠性是单片机控制系统设计开发中的突出问题。系统的可靠性是从硬件和软件两方面加以保证的。硬件方面电路结构设计的可靠性是整个控制系统可靠运行的基础,是主动避错的主要手段。文中主要探讨了系统可靠性硬件设计思想和设计方法,包括了元件选择、电路板设计、供电电源设计、输入输出通道设计等方面。

Abstract:Reliability of the system is an outstanding issue in designing a Microcomputer controlling system.Both hardware and software designing ensure the reliability of the system.Microcomputer system Structure design of hardware circuit reliability is the basis for reliable operation of the control system as a whole.And designing of the hardware circuit is the main technique in initiatively avoiding system failure.The article chiefly discusses hardware designing thinking and method to insure Microcomputer system against errors,including choosing electronic components,designing printing circuit boards,electrical source and I/O channels designing,etc.
