基于图像处理的磁选柱溢流液面监控系统设计

摘    要:对溢流液面的正常情况与跑矿情况进行识别,设计开发了一个用于识别磁选柱溢流液面状态的数字图像处理系统,并利用Visual C++6.0进行了系统实现。系统由图像处理和图像识别两部分组成,利用该系统可以计算磁选柱溢流液面的相关纹理参数,基于纹理参数及其图像识别实验建立一定的样本参数,从而为识别溢流液面的变化情况提供可靠数据依据。

Abstract:A novel digital image processing system is proposed in this article to identify the magnetic separation column overflow liquid surface state.The new system is able to identify the overflow liquid surface of normal state as well as the run mine state,which has been implemented in C++ language.The system consists of two parts: an image processing part and a pattern recognition part,which is utilized to calculate the related texture parameters.A certain samples can be established based on the texture parameter and the image recognition experiment,which provides reliable statistical data for the identification.
