摘    要:对水电站下泄的非恒定流进行有效控制将极大地改善下游航道的通航水流条件,文中通过调整电站的泄流过程实现对非恒流的控制,以典型日调峰流量过程曲线为基础,建立了一种确定电站泄流过程的优化模型,此模型以实际泄流过程与调峰流量过程的偏差最小为目标,以水量平衡、发电、通航等为约束,并采用模式搜索方法对建立模型进行求解。将此模型应用于沅水清水塘—大潭梯级电站泄流决策过程,得到了满足通航且发电最优的电站日泄流曲线。

Abstract:Effective control of unsteady flow would greatly improve navigation flow condition in the lower channel.In this paper the unsteady flow is controlled by changing the discharge of hydroelectric power stations.Based on the typical peak regulation curves,an optimal model is proposed for determining the discharge curves of the power station.The model takes the minimal deviation between practial discharge and peak regulation discharge as the objective,water balance,power generation and navigation as the constraints.Pattern search methold is used to solve the optimal model.At the same time the model is applied to the Qingshuitang-Dafutan cascade hydroelectric power station in the Ruan River,and the optimum discharge curves is obtained.
