| 摘 要： | 研究目的:目前国内轨道交通进入建设高峰期,但轨道交通线网规划与土地利用之间的协调研究却相对滞后。本文通过研究建立协调评价系统,有助于轨道交通线网合理规划和沿线土地合理开发。研究结论:本文首先提出城市轨道交通线网与土地利用各自的评价指标体系,基于这两个指标体系,用数据包络分析方法(DEA)构建协调度模型。然后以VB2005为平台、结合ArcGIS Engine9.2组件技术进行二次开发,建立了基于地理信息系统(GIS)的城市轨道交通与土地利用协调评价系统。以长株潭城际轨道交通的规划建设为实例,选取六个决策单元,利用该协调评价系统对长株潭城际轨道交通-土地利用复合系统协调度进行计算,分析计算结果可以看出:2010~2012年协调值小于0.6,处于基本不协调状态;2009、2013和2014年,协调值在0.6~0.8之间,处于基本协调状态;2015年协调值大于0.8,处于协调状态。
