| 摘 要： | 越区切换作为GSM-R系统中的基本技术,是保证GSM-R网络服务质量的重要指标。而越区切换掉话是网络优化中出现的典型问题,分析了GSM-R网络越区切换掉话的原因并提出了优化方案。
