高强度铸铜材料CuAl11Fe6Ni6的试验研究

摘    要:高速铁路动车组和大功率机车中对重要铸造铜零件的强度要求高,为满足这种特殊需求,以有关理论为指导,通过试验研究,对铜铸件化学成分和铸造工艺方法实现优化,并对批量生产的CuAl11Fe6Ni6铸铜零件材料的性能进行了测试和对比,结果表明达到了预期的目标。

Abstract:High speed EMU and large power locomotives require high intensity to important copper casting parts.In order to meet this special requirements,through test and research,chemical components and casting technology of copper casting parts are realized for optimization.Material properties of CuAl11Fe6Ni6 are tested and compared during batch production,and results show it can reach expected target.
