浮托顶推法架设64m钢桁梁技术

摘    要:研究目的:浮托顶推法架设钢桁梁的施工设施主要由膺架、滑道、水上浮托支承、顶推纵移、方向及定位控制等五大系统组成。文章介绍了其工艺原理、工艺流程、操作步骤和主要安全质量措施,对修建同类桥梁具有重要的指导意义和借鉴意义。研究结论:浮托顶推法架设钢桁梁是在一般浮拖法架梁基础上的创新,它与一般浮拖法架梁的主要区别是钢梁纵移的动力不同,即采用钢桁梁后端的顶推装置代替前方的牵引设备,具有设备简单、操作方便、速度均匀、运行平稳、有利安全的特点。
