机床模具压板应力和位移分析

摘    要:根据机床模具压板的尺寸使用CATIA软件建立三维可视化压板模型,并使用Hyperworks软件对模型尺寸进行修正。在分析的过程中,以压板的位移和应力为研究对象,对模型进行前处理和后处理分析。通过比较压板的三种工况,找出受力和位移最大点的位置,观察能否满足性能和使用要求,选择最佳工况,从而延长压板的使用寿命。

Abstract:The model of a pressure plate is set up based on the size by using CATIA and modifying the model size by using Hyperworks.In the process of analysis,the displacement and stress of the pressure plate is taken as research object to carry out pre-processing and post-processing.In order to extend the service life of the pressure plate,three kinds of working condition are compared to find the positions of the maximum stress and the maximum displacement,and find out the best working condition to observe whether it meets the performance and use requirements or not.
