| 摘 要： | 通过面向企业工作岗位，以学生职业能力培养为重点，满足专业岗位群任职要求，设计和开发了数控技术专业人才培养方案。基本途径是校企合作，实施精品战略，以人才培养方案的开发与实践为切人点，带动专业建设、课程建设、教材建设、实训条件建设以及师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Talent training program of Numerical Control Technology Specialty is job--oriented and focusing on students＂ professional skills training to help students meet the job requirements. This paper discusses the way of developing professional talent training program through cooperation between enterprise and colleges, which will serve as a springboard for construction of specialty, curriculum, course, training base and teaching group. |
