桥上列车脱轨计算分析

摘    要:在列车桥梁振动分析的计算模型基础上,进一步考虑了轮对与钢轨之间的相对位移大于游间时,轮缘爬上钢轨的接触状态,从而建立了桥上列车脱轨分析的计算模型。基于列车脱轨分析的能量随机分析理论,采用车桥系统输入能量增量与此系统抗力作功增量比较的能量增量准则,对老滦河桥下行线上列车脱轨实例和上行线上列车不脱轨实例进行了计算分析。分析结果与实际情况一致。

Abstract:Based on a computing model used for analysis of vibration of train-bridge system, a new model is built for the analysis of train derailment on bridge in consideration of the case when the relative displacement between the wheelset and the rails is greater than the clearance and the contact condition of flange-climbing. Based on the energy random analysis theory of train derailment, using the rule of energy increment of comparing the car/bridge system input energy increment with the work increment of resistance of the system, two examples are analyzed. The two includes one example of derailment of train on the down-direction of old bridge on Luanhe River, and the other of non-derailment of train in the up-direction of the same bridge. The analytical results are similar to the fact.
