横跨铁路营业线人行天桥吊装施工技术研究

摘    要:以包西铁路通道东胜西站人行钢结构天桥一次性整体吊装工程为例,阐述了该工程特点及关键技术;详细分析了该工程在吊装设备选型,吊装场地及吊车平面布置,吊点位置确定及吊具选型和布置,起重吊装施工等方面的操作方法及安全保证措施;这些措施有效保证本工程的顺利完成。本工程采用的跨营业线施工一次性整体吊装技术对今后同类工程的设计、施工均有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:With the project of the steel-structured pedestrian bridge of the Dongsheng West Station of the Bao-Xi Railway, which is hoisted into place as a whole, as a practical example, the characteristics of and the key techniques for the project are dealt with in detail in the paper,with the type-choice of the hoisting equipment for the project,the layout of the hoisting site and the plane layout of the crane, the determination of hoisting points, the type-choice and the layout of hoisting devices, the opera- tional methods for hoisting operations and the safety-ensuring measures analyzed in detail. All those measures help effectively ensure the smooth completion of the project. The technique of the one-stroke hoisting of an overline bridge as a whole spanning an existing railway in service may serve as a useful reference for the design and construction of other projects of the same type.
