摘    要:无砟轨道线路遇路基下沉量超过扣件系统和水泥乳化沥青砂浆调整层的调整范围时,需要重新灌注道床混凝土,势必严重影响列车的正常运行,甚至中断行车。论文研究并设计了一种临时钢结构托架,托架底部设托盘支撑在路肩上,托架的上表面铺设临时轨道,列车在临时轨道上运行,从而有效地保护处于养护期的无砟轨道,使列车及时恢复运行。首先阐述了托架研究的基本思路,然后进行了托架结构选型和尺寸拟定,并介绍了该结构的强度与稳定性检算,最后阐述了托架的使用方案。

Abstract:If the subsidence of the roadbed of the ballastless track exceeded the adjustable limits of the fastening system and the cement-emulsified asphalt mortar adjustment layers, refilling concrete into the roadbed would be necessary, which would defi- nitely and seriously affect the normal operation of trains, or even interrupt the normal operation of the whole railway. In this ease,designed in this paper is a temporary steel bracket, under which a tray is provided, which is supported on the road shoul- der. And a temporary track is laid on the top of the bracket,on which trains may run properly. Thus,the ballastless track is ef- fectively protected during its curing period and the normal operation of the train is ensured. The basic thinking way of the study of the bracket is first dealt with in the paper,and the type-choice and the determination of the sizes of all the members of the bracket are then presented,with the Checking of the strength and stability of the bracket introduced. Finally, the application of the bracket is described.
