浅析高速公路桥下空间安全管理

2012年9月2日和28日,G92杭甬高速、G15w上三高速绍兴段分别发生两起因桥下堆积物(存放物)自燃造成高速公路桥梁局部受损的事件。为进一步切实做好高速公路桥下空间安全管理工作,积极消除桥下易燃易爆堆积物,努力保障高速公路安全畅通,本文从杭甬、上三高速公路桥下堆积物(存放物)的特点、起因及安全管理现状,浅析高速公路桥下空间安全管理的难点、重点问题,为群策群力做好高速公路安全畅通管理提供一点粗浅的参考。

An Elementary Analysis of Safety Management of the Space Under Highway Bridges

On September 2nd, 2012, a Spontaneous combustion of deposits under a bridge damaged the bridge partly on G92 Hangzhou - Ningho Highway, a similiar event happened on Shangyu--Sanmen Highway along shaoxing on September 28th. In order to effectively improve the safety management work of the space under the bridge along the high- ways, actively eliminate flammable and explosive debrits under the bridge, and ensure the safety of the highway, the characteristics and the cause of the deposits as well as the status of safety management were analyzed, including typical measures of deposits （deposit） cleaning under the bridge , management and disposal of work in this paper. Key issues and difficulties of the safety management of the space under the highway bridge were presented , which provide a little superficial reference for highway safety management work.
