双丰隧道涌水涌泥的处理

双丰隧道施工中发生了特大涌水涌泥事故，涌泥量达5000m3。介绍了涌水涌泥事故发生的情况，分析了事故发生的原因。在处理过程中遵循“以堵为主、限量排放”的施工原则，首先做好超前帷幕和导管注浆堵水，防止地下水的大量涌人，采取了超前管棚支护注浆加固之后进行开挖的施工方法，加强初期支护和二次衬砌，顺利、安全地通过了涌水涌泥地段。成功的经验可供同类工程参考。

On the Treatment of the Gush of Water and Earth in the Shuangfeng Tunnel

A serious accident of the gush of water and earth happens during the construction of the Shuangfeng Tunnel, with the amounts of the gush of water and earth being up to 5,000 cubic metres. Upon the basis of introducing the situation of the gush of water and earth in the tunnel,the causes of the accident are analyzed in the paper. In the course of the treatment of the gush, always stuck to is the construction principle of ＂putting the stopping of the gush above everything else and limiting the dischar ging amounts＂ ,according to which the advanced curtain-type and pilot tube slip-casting is performed to prevent the gush of un- derground water in large quantities, excavation is always performed after the advanced tube-shed support is provided and the slip casting is carried out to strengthen the surrounding rock,with the initial support and the secondary lining strengthened. All the technical measures adopted in the construction help the smooth performance of the construction through the sections with gush of water and earth. The successful experience may serve as a useful reference for projects of the same type.
