摘    要:油气管道穿江过河隧道普遍采用断面小、坡度大的结构形式,及其下穿江河、水患风险巨大的特点,成为该类隧道施工需要克服的重要难题。如何确定其合理的施工方案及设备配套,是决定其生产效率与施工效果的关键所在。以西气东输中卫黄河隧道穿越工程为题材,通过对其施工方案及设备选型配套技术的研究、分析,提出了适用于该类型隧道工程的施工方案与设备配套技术,确保了隧道安全、快速施工。

Abstract:When oil or gas pipes have to under-cross a stream or a river,commonly adopted is usually the small-section but large- sloped tunnel, which is faced with great difficulty such as the big risks of having to under-cross the waterway and being flooded. How to choose the rational scheme for the construction and properly ma~tch the equipments involved will be a key to determining its production efficiency and the effectiveness of the construction. With the tunnel project of unde~crossing the Yellow River to transport gas from the west to the east as a practical example, the construction scheme of the project and the type-choice and e- quipment-matching techniques for the scheme are studied and analyzed in the paper,with the rational construction schemes and the equipment-matching techniques appliable to this type of projects put forward,which may ensure the safety of the tunnel and help quicken the construction of it.
