摘    要:武钢工业港排水箱涵是武汉市目前最长的压力排水箱涵,箱涵地基为软弱土层,地质情况异常复杂,箱涵汛期排水不能中断,且排水箱涵建成后要对其西侧20m外的港池软基采用真空-堆载联合预压法处理,因此箱涵地基基础处理十分重要,一旦处理不好,会严重危及武汉石化厂区的防洪安全。该文介绍的一段箱涵地基基础处理经过方案比选,采用预应力高强混凝土管桩与水泥粉喷桩联合应用进行地基基础处理,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:The drainage box culvert of Wu Steel Industrial Harbor is the longest pressure drainage box culvert in Wuang now.The box culvert subgrade is weak soil layer.The geological conditions are very complicated.The drainage of the box culvert during the flood seasons must be continuous. The vacuum-heaping joint pre-compressing process is used to treat Gangchi soft subgrade at 20m from its west side after the construction of drainage box culvert.Therefore,the subgrade treatment of box culvert is very important.Once bad treatment,it will seriously endanger the flood control safety of the area of Wuhan Petrol-chemical Factory.The article introduces the foundation treatment of a box culvert subgrade after the comparison of the schemes.The pre-stressed high-strength concrete pipe pile and the cement powder spraying pile are jointly applied to treat the subgrade foundation. The good result is achieved.
