针摆传动中“反弓”齿廓的进一步研究

摘    要:通过对前人提出的“反弓”齿廓进行深入研究,分析并指出了其存在的问题,给出了新的、更加符合实际的、合理的“反弓”齿廓状态下最先接触点分布区间确定方法,在此基础上,又提出了一种基于整个传动过程情况下的“反弓”齿廓受力分析方法和修形量的优化方法.与旧方法相比较,新方法具有更高的精确度和准确性.

Abstract:Aiming at 'Inverse Arch-shaped' teeth profile,its existing problems are analyzed,a new method is provided for distributive region of the contact position in the state of 'Inverse Arch-shaped' teeth profile,which is more reasonable and suitable for actual condition.At the same time,the load analysis method of 'Inverse Arch-shaped' teeth profile based on the whole transmitting process and the optimization method of the modification size are proposed.Compared with the former method,this new method is more accurate and veracious.
