临近建筑物条件下预应力管桩施工技术

摘    要:针对管桩施工过程中产生的挤土效应、振动及噪声污染对临近建筑物产生的不利影响,总结提出以应力释放孔、静压、跳打成桩为主要特点的管桩施工技术,工程实践表明,该技术有效地消除了挤土效应,抑制土压力向临近建筑物传递,且施工方便,可为今后类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:For the soil compaction effect, the adverse effects of vibration and noise pollution on the adjacent buildings in the construction of pipe pile, this paper summarized and put forward the pipe pile construction technology, mainly charactered by the stress releasing hole and static pressure etc. The engineering practice showed that the technology could effectively eliminate the soil compaction effect and inhibit the soil pressure transfer to the adjacent buildings, which was convenient for construction and provided reference for the similar projects in the future.
