| 摘 要： | 港口机械柴油机在使用过程中,经常出现湿式缸套被穴蚀甚至穿透缸壁而造成柴油机失效。阐述了穴蚀的定义。分析了引发缸套穴蚀的原因。介绍了几种预防措施,较好地防止了缸套穴蚀的发生。

| Abstract: | The cavitation erosion on the sleeve of diesel engine cylinder often occur during the running of the diesel machine. The cavitation erorion even penetrates the cylinder wall and causes the failure of diesel engine. This paper gives a definition of cavitation erosion,analyses the reasons of cavitation erosion on the sleeve of the cylinder. It introduces a few countermea-sures,which prevent the cavitation erosion finely. |
