可变涡流控制直喷式柴油机排放的试验研究

摘    要:研制了一种向螺旋进气道入口处喷射空气的可变涡流进气系统———控制涡流型可变涡流进气系统 ,试验研究了该系统对直喷式柴油机排放性能的影响。结果表明 ,该系统在不影响进气充量的情况下 ,可以明显改变直喷式柴油机颗粒 (PM)和 NOx 的排放量

Abstract:A kind of variable swirl intake system with subsidiary swirl controlled by air injection in the helical intake passage was developed, and the influence of this system on the emission performance of D.I. diesel engine was studied. The test results showed that this system is able to make obviously inprovement on the particulate and  NO xemission without obvious effects on volumetric efficiency.
