摘    要:为研究现浇支架体系的力学特性,以徐盐高铁跨徐沙河(100+200+100)m连续梁-拱项目为背景,进行底板力学性能分析、底板分配梁的强度验算、钢管支架承重梁强度计算、钢管支架强度计算、钢管立柱稳定性计算、支架体系预压数据分析。研究表明:现浇段支架的强度、刚度及稳定性均能满足相关规范要求,实测变形值与有限元理论计算值基本吻合,成桥后梁体线形基本与设计吻合。实践表明,采用相关计算参数后,该桥的施工控制效果较好,工程优良率达100%,缩短施工工期45 d,降低施工成本约6.5%。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical characteristics of the cast-in-situ support system,a finite element model was established for simulation analysis,and the pre-compression of the large-volume and large-tonnage continuous beam was linearly compared by using the reverse fulcrum steel strand pre-compression process.Taking a continuous beam-arch bridge with span(100+200+100)m of Xuzhou-Yancheng High-speed Railway as background,the mechanical properties of the bottom plate,the strength checking calculation of the distributing beam of the bottom plate,the strength calculation of the bearing beam of the steel pipe support,the strength calculation of the steel pipe support,the stability calculation of the steel pipe column,the preloading of the support system and the data analysis were carried out.The results of finite element analysis and support pre-compression test show that the strength,stiffness and stability of the cast-in-place support can meet the requirements of relevant specifications,and the measured deformation is basically consistent with the calculated value of the finite element theory,After the completion of the bridge,the shape of the beam is basically in accordance with the design.Design purposes including excellent structural quality,safe and reliable construction,saving construction costs,improving construction efficiency,and shortening construction period are achieved.The construction control of the bridge has positive effect and the excellent rate of the project is 100%.The construction period is shortened by 45 days,and the construction cost is reduced by about 6.5%,which has remarkable economic and social benefits and could serve as a model for the similar bridges.
