燃机电厂含油废水的特点分析与处理

摘    要:利用MIAS-2000 计算机图象分析系统对燃机电厂含油废水的特点进行了分析。针对废水中油粒乳化严重的特点,采用重力分离与化学混凝沉淀相结合的工艺,对燃机电厂含油废水进行了综合处理。结果表明,重力分离隔油效率高达99% 以上,化学混凝沉淀处理除油效率达到91% 以上,处理水能长期稳定达标排放

Abstract:The characteristics of oily wastewater in oil fired power plant is analyzed by using the MIAS 2000 computer image analysis system.For the features of serious emulsion of oily grains in wastewater the combined technology of gravity separation and chemical coagulation precipitation has been adopted to dispose the oily wastewater.The disposed results indicate that the efficiency of oil separation be reached more than 99% with gravity separation and 91% with chemical coagulation precipitation.The disposed wastewater can be steadily discharged up to standards for a long term.
