| 摘 要： | 大学生在接受高等教育的特定时期,作为普通公民享有一般权利的同时,也作为受教育者享有一些特殊权利．面对权益受到学校和社会双重冲击的现实,当代大学生应进一步加强对法律知识的学习,树立起正确的维权意识．高校也应进一步完善管理体制,建立与健全大学生权利维护体系,从而为大学生的成长提供一个良好的法治环境．

| Abstract: | Currently, the college students play a double role as "social person" and "scholastic person". As a result, the college students' rights are suffering from the society and the college itself. Therefore, the college students should reinforce the study of legal knowledge and the college management system should be further perfected too. On the other hand, it is urgent to establish and perfect the protection system of college students' rights from the aspects of society and college as well. |
