8K型电力机车辅助IGBT逆变器耐低温控制系统研究

摘    要:对原8K型电力机车IGBT辅助逆变器系统低温问题进行了深入的研究和试验。利用ISP和EDA技术,设计CPLD的电路方案替代原电路BK002方案,实现脉冲信号分配与逻辑功能处理;保护电路综合设计,取代保险管,采用动态过流保护方案,保护动作正确可靠;新型耐低温IGBT控制系统已经开发完成并进行了相关测试,已有几十台机组装车试运行,运行工况良好。

Abstract:Deep research and tests are done on the low temperature problems of IGBT auxiliary inverter in original 8K electric locomotive.With ISP and EDA technology,the CPLD circuit is designed to replace the original BK002 circuit,realizing pulse signal distribution and logical function treatment.Comprehensive design of protection circuit is implemented to replace the fuses.Dynamic over-current protection program is adopted to ensure correct and reliable operation of protection.The development of the new cold-resistant control system has been finished and tests have been done.Tens of the system have been installed for trial operation,which runs normally.
