| Abstract: | This paper points out the new proposal of bidding evaluation index guideline in highway construction project.In the paper,the function index power is determinated by analytic hierarchy method.And basing on value engineering,the mode of highway construction project bidding and tendering system is studied.Besides,it has a comprehensive demonstration to prove the case. |
