| 摘 要： | 针对分队训练辅助裁决系统的重点和难点问题,基于3G网络技术,分析了基于3G的分队训练辅助裁决系统中的战场态势显示、导调过程数字录像、导调辅助裁决等三种关键技术,为分队训练辅助裁决更具有客观性、及时性、科学性,提供数据基础,提高裁决的可信度和公正性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at solving the main and hard problems in the unit training aided arbitrament system（UTAAS）,the paper analyses three key technologies of in the UTAAS,war-field state display,digital video recorded,and aided arbitrament during the judgment process.The proposed will supply much more available data to making the arbitrament more scientific and believable with objectivity and fair and square. |
