摘    要:提出了一种新的提速列车接近报警方案,它以铁路移动通讯网络(GSM-R)为基础,结合全球定位系统(GPS)和铁路地理信息系统(GIS),实时监测在线运行列车的位置和速度,通过计算机网络汇总数据到报警服务器,由报警服务器向有报警接收设备的报警点发送报警信息。该方案的优势在于可在全铁路范围内实时、动态传送在线运行列车速度、方位,自动推算列车接近时间等报警防护信息,更有效的实现列车安全运行,保障沿线施工人员生命和财产安全。

Abstract:Advanced a new programme about raising speed train nearly alarm system, on the basis of GSM - R, combined GPS and GIS, real - time monitoring position and speed of online running train, through computer network collected data to alarm server, transmitting alarm message from alarm server to alarm location of having alarm receiving equipment. The programme's dominant lies in real - time and dynamic transmitting speed and position of online nmoing train, automatic calculate alarm protection information as train nearly time, more effective to achieve safe operation of train, protection of human life and property safety along the track.
