| 摘 要： | 在辽宁省交通厅办公网络的基础上,本着不影响原有网络应用的原则,交通部信息专网辽宁节点设计了安全稳定的网络解决方案,成功与交通部实现视频、语音、业务数据的网络传输,提高了辽宁省交通厅的电子政务水平。

| Abstract: | On the basis of network in the Communications Department of Liaoning Province, according to the principle of not affecting existing network applications, safe and stable network solution is designed in Liaoning node . Transmission of video,voice ,business data on network are realized successfully, electronic government level of the Communications Department of Liaoning Province is improved. |
