“门”字型货船最佳纵倾试验研究

摘    要:正确地调整船舶航行时的纵倾是一项有效的节能措施,特别对载重量变化频繁的杂货船及带球首的船尤为重要。 上海船研所于1982年开始,对“门”字型货船进行了调整纵倾试验研究。通过变四种排水量、每种排水量各变五个纵倾状态的阻力、自航试验结果的分析,可以看出,对每一种排水量、每一个航速都存在一个最佳纵倾状态,其节能效果相当显著。 本文分析了吃水及纵倾变化对船舶阻力和自航要素的影响。通过对最佳纵倾与常用纵倾装载航行的营运经济进行分析比较可知,在最佳纵倾航行时平均每天可节油2.55 t左右。

Abstract:It is the very effective measure of energy saving to adjust the ship trim properly on her voyage, especially for the bulbous bow ship and the general cargo vessel having various loading conditions.SSSRI has carried out the experimental investigation on adjusting trim conditions of "Men" type cargo vessel since 1982. By analysing the results of the resistance and self-propulsion experiments in four loading conditions with five trim, it can be seen that each displacement has a optimum trim condition at a given speed and obvious results of energy saving for the optimum trim can be reached.This paper analysed the effect of the various drafts and trim on the resistance and the self-propulsion factors, and also gave the optimum trim charts of "Men" type cargo vessel from which the optimum trim value can be obtained immediately for each displacement at a given speed. Comparing the service economy of the optimum and conventional trim condition, it can be seen that the average fuel saving of about 2.55 tons per day can be obtained for the optimum trim voyage.
