冰温冷藏技术在船舶上的应用分析

冰温冷藏技术是第三代食品冷藏技术，本文介绍其原理和发展概况，并提出在船舶冷藏中引入冰温冷藏技术，以满足远航船舶食品储藏周期长的需求．从工程上、技术上和经济上对冰温冷藏技术在船舶上应用的适用性进行了综合分析，认为冰温冷藏技术为较成熟的制冷、控制技术的组合，不存在应用上的技术难点，初投资和运行费用也在可控范围，是解决船舶远航食品储藏的上佳方式，已具备在船舶上推广应用条件．

Application Discussion of Controlled Freezing-point Technology to be Used on Ship Refrigeration System for Food Preservation

Controlled freezing-point technology is the newly developed third generation food refrigeration system. To discuss the possibility of using this technology in ships to prolong its vegetable stored time to 45 days and also improve the food quality, this paper introduces the freezing-point technology. Based on the existing ship re- frigeration systems, this paper makes detailed analysis for application of this new technology from the engineer- ing, technology and economic aspects. The results show that the controlled freezing-point technology is a combi- nation of developed technology and the initial investment, operating cost are all acceptable, which demonstrates that this technology can be used on ships without any risks.
