燃料电池城市客车结构有限元分析与轻量化设计

摘    要:建立了带空气弹簧悬架模型的燃料电池城市客车骨架结构有限元模型,并计算其静强度、扭转刚度以及自由振动模态,结果表明燃料电池城市客车设计是安全可靠的。然后对燃料电池城市客车进行计及制造约束的优化。与原设计相比,优化后质量降低8.17%,一阶扭转频率提高7.89%,右前轮悬空工况时的最大应力降低24.42%。

Abstract:A finite element model for the skeleton structure of a fuel cell city bus(FCCB) is built with its suspension submodel,and the static strength,torsional stiffness and free vibration modes are calculated,indicating that the design of FCCB is safe and reliable.Then,a structural optimization on bus skeleton is performed with consideration of constraints in manufacturing.The results show that optimized scheme gains a 8.17% reduction in mass,a 7.89% increase in the frequency of 1st torsional mode,and a 24.42% decrease of maximum stress in the case with front-right-wheel hung up,compared with original design.
