| 摘 要： | 当前，包括发展中国家在内的世界各国都面临着如何保护地球资源和环境，持续发展城市交通的问题。本文根据世界银行的调查报告，从经济和金融、环境以及社会性持续发展的角度，分析了一些国家的现状，指出了存在的问题和解决的思路，最后强调了在交通政策的制定方面政府所能发挥的作用，认为应该积极获得世界银行的授助和支持。

| Abstract: | It is a critical problem facing all the countries in the world that th e development of urban transportation shall go with environmental preservation a nd effect use of natural resources. In this article, the author analyses the pre sent situation and the existing problems in different countries from the angles of economy & finance, environment & society, and holds that a governmen t shall play its assumed role and work hard to get the support from World Ba nk in urban transportation policy-making and traffic problem solutions. |
