摘    要:车轮踏面磨耗导致车轮外形改变,使其滚动圆直径产生偏差,对车辆系统的动力学特性影响较大.为了对其影响程度进行表征,依据某动车组车型建立多体系统动力学模型,分析不同磨耗程度下的稳定性、平稳性及安全性指标,研究踏面凹形磨耗对列车运行的影响.动力学仿真分析发现,随着车轮外形和轮径变化的加剧,产生轮轨接触的非对称现象,导致车辆稳定性受到极大影响,平稳性变差.因此,为了保证车辆运行的稳定性及安全性,应设法避免使用外形严重磨耗的车轮.
