水上巴士交通服务模式探讨

基于2010年上海世博会这个重大机遇，在调查分析的基础上，从政府、企业与公交三个不同的视角对水上巴士交通服务的需求进行分析并对发展进行定位，进一步明晰了不同主体在规划实施过程中的协调关系。水上巴士交通服务系统的发展目标定位于适当缓解中心区的交通压力，服务世博密集交通，并逐步融入城市公共交通系统。

Study on Transit Service Mode of Waterbus

At the great opportunity of 2010 Shanghai Expo, based on the research and analysis, this paper analyzes the demands and development for the waterbus service from different views of government, enterprises and public transportation system. And this paper also explains the corresponded relations among different interest groups in the planning and implementation. The develop objective of waterbus service system is reducing the traffic pressure of central area of the city at a certain extent, serving dense traffic during Exposition, and merging into the city public transportation system step by step.
