ESD试验技术在组合仪表中的研究与应用

摘    要:针对电磁干扰易对汽车电子产品造成危害的问题,本文基于ESD人体模型,按照PSA B217110标准,在神龙公司研发阶段的某车型组合仪表上对ESD试验技术进行研究与应用,并使用德国Vector公司的CANalyzer软件编写个性化的图形程序对试验结果进行评估,同时针对试验结果提出进一步提高仪表防静电等级的解决方案。本文的相关研究对解决汽车电子部件的电磁干扰问题,提高车辆的安全性能以减少不必要的经济损失,具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that EMI is easy to cause harm to automotive electronic products,this paper,based on the ESD human model and according to PSA B217110 standard,studies and applies the ESD test technology on a vehicle type combination instrument in the research and development stage of Shenlong Company,and evaluates the test results by writing a personalized graphical program using the CANalyzer software of Vector Company in Germany.At the same time,according to the test results,a solution to further improve the anti-static level of the instrument is put forward.The relevant research in this paper has some reference significance for solving the electromagnetic interference problem of automotive electronic parts,improving the safety performance of vehicles to reduce unnecessary economic losses.
