热仿真分析在前舱熔断丝盒上的应用及验证

摘    要:通过模拟某轻客车的前舱熔断丝盒上加载实际负载时的温升分布,建立有限元分析的零部件模型,重点对继电器的热分析模块进行优化。基于有限体积法的FLOEFD热仿真分析软件对整个熔断丝盒的温升分布进行仿真,并和实物试验结果进行对比分析,验证仿真分析模型的可靠性,对后续产品热设计的优化具有指导作用。

Abstract:By simulating the temperature rise distribution of the actual load on the front fuse relay box of a light bus,the parts model of finite element analysis was established,and the thermal analysis module of the relay was optimized,which is crucial.Based on finite volume method,by FLOEFD thermal simulation software it has simulated the temperature rise distribution of the whole fuse box,and also compared and analyzed with the actual test results,which verified the reliability of the simulation analysis model,and has a guiding role for the optimization of subsequent thermal design of products.
