| 摘 要： | 本文从词汇、句式和语篇三个层面研究了FIDIC合同条件的语言特点,认为该合同范本语言的词汇和句式层面具有精确性和模糊性共存的二维性特征,而高度程式化语篇结构的设计又突出了条款语言精确性的特点。

| Abstract: | The article attempts to analyze the features of the language in FIDIC Contract Conditions from levels of words,sentence and discourse.It is proved that clarity and vagueness co-exist both in word choice and sentence construction;while the highly programmed discourse highlights the feature of clarity. |
