| 摘 要： | 在分析现状、剖析问题的基础上，提出了构建基于GIS的国防交通保障管理系统，并制订了适应性、扩展性、适时性、空间分析等四条目标要求；提出了空间数据管理子系统、属性数据及国防交通数据管理子系统、查询子系统、空间分析子系统、图表输出子系统等五个子系统的功能设计并进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the status, a guarantee management system of national defense transportation based onGIS is established, in which the adaptability, expansibility, timing and spatial analysis are its demanding objects. In addition, five subsystems, that is,spatial data management subsystem, attribute data and national defense transportation data management subsystem, inquiry subsystem, spatial analysis subsystem and diagram output subsystem, are advanced and .analyzed, which contributes to the information-based construction of national defense transportation. |
