摘    要:潜艇集体逃生舱上浮速度过大,导致冲出水面再落水冲击时会产生较大的冲击力,从而对人员造成二次威胁。为了研究集体逃生舱的尺度参数对其运动安全性的影响,建立多尺度逃生舱的上浮运动和入水冲击理论模型,并采用FLUENT和ANSYS/ LS - DYNA对集体逃生舱的运动过程进行计算机仿真。研究结果表明,增大集体逃生舱的直径可以减小其出水速度和入水冲击力,有利于提高集体逃生舱的安全性。

Abstract:The floating speed of large submarine escape capsules is comparatively large,and once it comes out of the water surface,the water-reentry process may induce great impact and pose threat to the crew members. In order to study the effects of submarine escape capsule shaping parameters on its move-ment safety,this paper presents a theoretical model of the floating process and the water-reentry move-ment of the multi-scale escape capsule. The FLUENT and ANSYS/LS-DYNA are applied to simulate the overall process. Research results show that the emerging velocity of the capsule as well as the reentry im-pact decrease with the growth in the diameter of escape capsules,which in turn raises the security level of submarine escape capsules.
