船舶管网系统水力特性研究及其应用

摘    要:船舶管网系统水力特性是水力计算、系统调试、系统优化设计的理论基础。借助图论这一数学工具,建立了管网系统水力特性的数学模型。在该模型的基础上,利用逐渐增加管网系统回路并逐步迭代计算新增回路阻力系数和流量的思想,提出一种无需给定迭代初值的管网水力计算方法,通过对实船压载水系统进行实时仿真计算,验证计算方法的有效性;提出了一种管网系统调试方法,利用滑油管网系统调试,验证了该方法的合理性。

The Study and Application of Hydraulic Characteristics of a Ship Piping System

Abstract:The hydraulic characteristic of the ship pipeline network system serves to be the theoretical ba-sis of hydraulic calculation,system debugging,and system optimization. With the help of modern mathe-matical tools of graph theory,a mathematical model of hydraulic characteristic of ship pipeline network sys-tem is established. Based on this model,a method,which gradually increases the circuit number and uses the iterative approach to calculate the drag coefficient and the flow of the increased circuits,is adopted to further facilitate the hydraulic calculation of the pipeline network without the requirement of an initial val-ue. Next,the efficiency and accuracy of the calculation are verified through a real-time simulation of the ship ballast system. Finally,a method of system debugging is presented,whose validity is successfully ver-ified by the debugging of a ship lubrication system.
