摘    要:从布局优化角度分析求解舰船舱室的布局问题,以生活区舱室为切入点,借鉴二维FLP问题的理论和方法,对舱室布局进行分析和模型简化,并进一步分析和构建优化的数学模型。在数学模型构建过程中,定义舱室序列变量、目标评价函数和布局约束。对基本遗传算法在编码方式、遗传算子和流程框架上均做出适应性改进,并用于优化和求解该数学模型,最终输出Pareto舱室序列解集。理论和实例分析表明,所提出的改进型遗传算法能有效解决生活区舱室的布局优化问题。

Abstract:This paper investigates the warship cabin layout problem from the perspective of layout optimi?zation. A living district cabin layout is taken as an example,and the theories and methods in two-dimen-sional Facility Layout Problem(FLP)analysis are adopted to simplify the cabin layout model. Once thesimplified model is established,an mathematic optimization model is further analyzed,which includescabin sequence variables,objective evaluation functions,and layout constraints. Then,an improved Ge-netic Algorithm is proposed to solve the mathematical model,which is of high efficiency due to its advan-tages in the encoding method,gene operators,and procedure frames. Finally,through programming calcu-lation,the Pareto layout schemes are obtained. It is observed from both theoretical analysis and practicalexamples that the proposed algorithm can well solve the layout problems of living district cabins.
