| 摘 要： | 通过对比国内外城市轨道交通的经营状况．从全面的视角来理解轨道交通初期票价及其制定的有关问题，对于市民、政府和轨道交通经营公司之间的关系以及对轨道交通票价的作用进行新的描述，并总结出轨道交通初期票价的计算公式。

| Abstract: | This paper tentatively presents a ticket pricing method in a comprehensive way by comparing ticket pricing management ha China with those h foreign cities. It also identifies the influences of the relationships among citizens, government and metro companies on ticket pricing, and concludes a formula for urban rail ticket pricing on the initial stage. |
