摘    要:汽车底盘测功机是整车台架试验设备,但由于检测条件的不同,以及底盘测功机匹配的飞轮系统存在各种分级标准,降低了汽车动力性检测结果的参考价值。本通过在现有的底盘测功机上建立反拖系统和对飞轮组的科学设计,实现了对发动机功率较准确的检测,从而达到辨识发动机和传动系统技术状况的的。对飞轮组匹配也做了较详尽的论述。

Abstract:The vehicle chassis dynamometer is a rig test equipment for entire vehicles. But because of different measuringconditions, and various classification standards for flywheel sets of chassis dynamometer, the reference value of test results of theacceleration performance is degraded. By creating reverse dragging system on the basis of the present chassis dynamometer andscientific design of flywheel sets, more precious measurements of engine power are realized, and the aim to identify technicalconditions of engine and drivetrain is reached. Match of flywheel sets is also described in detail.
