摘    要:介绍了小波包变换的基本思想,将新型小波包变换滤波器与信号重采样结合,提出了一种新的小波包降噪方法,研究了该方法的降噪效果,同时比较小波包直接降噪和小波包重构滤波器的降噪效果。将该方法用于齿轮箱的故障诊断,结果表明,该方法能够有效识别齿轮箱中的齿轮典型故障。

Abstract:The basic theory of wavelet packet transform is first introduced, and an improved de-noising method based on the correlativity of wavelet packet transform is presented that has combined a new type of filter with re-sample of signals. Then the de-noising results are researched by simulated signals, and the result of direct wavelet packet de-noising is compared with wavelet packet-filter de-noising. At last this new method is applied to analyze the measured signal from gear-box and the result shows this method could diagnose the fault information under strong noise.
