困惑与出路——辽宁省高等院校文化素质教育管窥

如何培养一个健全的、有责任感的合格的人才是一种非常复杂细致的系统工程,而文化素质教育日益被各大高校所重视。辽宁省很多学校都在进行文化素质教育的探索和实践,但是各大学校在人文素质教育规划的制定、课程的设置、资金和人员的配套甚至是人文素质教育概念厘清上都存在着很多的困惑。随着《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中明确提出育人是教育的根本,这也为辽宁省高等院校的文化素质教育提供了发展的机遇和希望。

How to cultivate healthy,responsible and qualified personnel is a very complex and detailed system engineering,and culture of quality education is increasingly valued by major colleges and universities.In Liaoning province,many schools are carrying out exploration of cultural quality education,but there is a lot of confusion of the quality of education in the humanities major school development planning,curriculum,funding and personnel support or even humanities education concepts clarifying.The ＇National Long-term Educational Reform And Development Plan（2010—2020）＇clearly stated that educating people is fundamental to education,which provides a development opportunity and hope in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province.
