| 摘 要： | ZnO本身具有许多优点,其纳米材料对比于其他纳米材料有更大的潜在应用价值, 因此ZnO纳米结构的制备研究一直是近年来国际上研究的热点.此文阐述了ZnO纳米材料近年的发展情况,介绍了关于ZnO纳米结构的制备方法、生长机理、表面形貌以及发展前景.
