基于遗传算法的提梁机主梁优化设计

摘    要:以450t偏轨提梁机的主梁为优化对象,以主梁自重为目标函数,采用遗传算法对其进行结构优化,得到提梁机主梁参数的最优解。用有限元分析软件对优化后的提梁机结构进行强度、刚度及稳定性的验证,结果表明:在满足结构设计的前提下,主梁结构自重减少了11.8%,优化效果明显。

Abstract:The main girders of 450 t bais-rail gantry crane was taken as the optimized object;the weight of main girders was set as the objective function;genetic algorithm was applied for optimization design,and the optimal dimensions of the main section were finally obtained.The analysis of structural strength and stability of the bais-rail gantry crane were carried out by using finite element software.The strength and stability were verified and they meet the design requirements.The results show that the weight of ...
