摘    要:应用零阶优化设计方法进行机械产品的结构优化,研究了滑移装载机车架结构在不同工况下的受力情况,通过有限元分析找到最大力掘起铲斗这种最危险工况并进行优化结果表明:零阶优化使得钢板材料分配更加合理,车架结构应力分布更加均匀,是一种有效的结构优化方法

Abstract:Structure optimization of mechanic products was carried out with zero order optimization method. The force conditions of frame of skid loader under different working conditions were studied,and the worst condition turned out to be the one with biggest force to dig up bucket,which was optimized afterwards.The results indicate that zero order optimization method is an effective optimization method which makes the distribution of steel plate material more rational and the stress distribution of frame more even...
